Our TOM Simulation Analysis Service “TOMAS®” has been utilized at the booth of AICA KOGYO CO., LTD. during the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026.

For the presentation of AICA’s newly developed film products, Kohki Seisakusho cooperated in simulation analysis for thermoforming performance evaluation.

Through the simulation, the molding characteristics of different film elongation rates were evaluated in advance, confirming improvements in edge wrapping performance.
The analysis also demonstrated the effectiveness of simulation technology for pre-verification prior to actual production and testing.
